Terms and conditions - Raisin UK Partner Bonus

The partner bonus ended on 30/11/22

The conditions of this promotion are detailed below for those customers who have already claimed the bonus or who registered with Raisin UK on or before 30/11/22.

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to receive your Raisin UK Partner Bonus, you must open a new Raisin UK Account via a link from one of our participating partners/affiliates.
  2. You must provide a valid email address in the sign-up forms available as part of the promotion and successfully apply for and open a Raisin UK Account. A successful application requires you to pass AML/KYC checks by our service bank, Starling Bank, and for your Raisin UK Account to become active.
  3. One registration per person is allowed, and only one registration is valid per email address.
  4. After your Raisin UK Account has become active, you must then open a savings account with Raisin UK and successfully fund the new savings account with a minimum of £10,000.
  5. If you open a fixed rate bond, the term length must be a minimum of six months. If you open either a notice account or an easy access savings account, you must keep this account open for a minimum of six months with a minimum balance of £10,000 throughout this time.
  6. You may claim this bonus in conjunction with the Raisin UK Refer a Friend bonus.
  7. If a registration is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to require the return of the bonus payment if it’s already been awarded.

Timing

  1. The Raisin UK Partner Bonus ran between 29/04/2022 and 30/11/2022.
  2. Raisin UK reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
  3. Raisin UK reserves the right to disqualify late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid registrations or claims.

The Promoter

  1. The promoter of the bonus is Raisin UK. The Raisin UK group of companies is Raisin Holdings UK Ltd (registered no 10951012); Raisin Platforms Limited (registered no 11075085); and Raisin Technology Limited (registered no 09902685). All are registered in England and Wales. The registered office for each is Cobden House, 12-16 Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3AQ, United Kingdom. Raisin Platforms Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 813894).
  2. Information provided by participants in registering will be used in line with the Raisin UK privacy policy. Your personal details will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

How to claim and receive your Raisin UK Partner Bonus

  1. You must register for a Raisin UK Account via a link from one of our participating partners/affiliates
  2. After your Raisin UK Account has become active, you must then open a savings account with Raisin UK and deposit a minimum of £10,000 into your new savings account.
  3. Email bonus@raisin.co.uk with the subject ‘Raisin UK Bonus’, using the same email address as you used to register for your Raisin UK Account. In the email please add your full name.
  4. You only need to send one claim email.
  5. If you are making the claim for a fixed rate bond, you can make your claim as soon as you have been notified that your savings account(s) has/have become active. If you have met the above requirements, you will then receive the £30 payment to your Raisin UK Account within 14 days of making the claim.
  6. If you are making the claim in relation to a new notice account or easy access savings account, you can make your claim as soon as you have been notified that your savings account(s) has/have become active. You will receive the £30 to your Raisin UK Account within 14 days of becoming eligible – i.e. once your notice account or easy access savings account has been active for six months (with a minimum balance of £10,000 throughout this time).
  7. The partner bonus increased to £30 on 25/08/22. Registrations made before this date were eligible to claim a £25 bonus.

General

  1. The value of the bonus is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The payment is not transferable.
  2. Raisin UK accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of accepting the bonus.
  3. Raisin UK reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
