TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. The promoter of this offer is Wealthify Limited (“Wealthify”) whose registered office is at Tec Marina, Terra Nova Way, Penarth, CF64 1SA.
  2. This promotion is open only to new Wealthify customers who are aged over 18 and tax residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  3. The promotion is for £100 paid into your new Wealthify Plan, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The promotion is open from 6th March 2023 and closes at midday on 28th April 2023.
  5. To qualify for this promotion you must:
  1. open a Wealthify Plan through wealthify.com/mttm or a dedicated link available on moneytothemasses.com before the closing date noted in clause 4;
  2. fund your Plan with at least £1,000 (“Qualifying Investment”) within six months of opening your plan via the dedicated promotional landing page; and
  3. not withdraw the Qualifying Investment during the first six months or make a withdrawal that takes the total investment within the Plan under the Qualifying Investment.
  1. The maximum amount of cashback available per Wealthify Account is £100.  In the event of multiple Plans being opened under the same Account, the first Plan only will receive the £100.
  2. Accounts must be opened via wealthify.com/mttm or a dedicated link available on moneytothemasses.com.  Accounts opened via any other route will not qualify under this offer. 
  3. The £100 will be paid after six months of the Qualifying Investment being made.
  4. The £100 will be paid directly into the Plan within 30 days following the six-month period noted in clause 7 above.
  5. You must remain invested in your Wealthify Plan for six months to be eligible for the cashback. Early withdrawal of the full Plan value or a partial withdrawal taking the Plan value lower than the Qualifying Investment will invalidate this offer.
  6. If the new Plan is a Junior ISA, the £100 will be paid into this Plan and will form part of the child’s investment.
  7. If the £100 cannot be paid into the Plan for any reason, and cannot be paid into an alternative Plan under the same account, the £100 will be paid directly into your bank account.
  8. If you transfer an existing plan to Wealthify, we will not be responsible for paying any exit fees that may be charged by your current provider. It’s worth finding out if your existing provider charges exit fees, as these could limit the financial benefit of changing provider.
  9. Wealthify are unable to accept transfers of any pensions that you’re taking an income from or transfers of any pensions with defined benefits or guarantees.
  10. If you’re arranging an ISA transfer from a previous tax year and you already have a Stocks and Shares ISA for the current tax year, the cashback will be paid into your bank account. If you’d like to transfer money you’ve contributed during the current tax year, you’ll have to transfer the full amount.
  11. If the cashback would result in you going over your annual allowance for your ISA then it may be paid into your nominated bank account.
  12. Only one Wealthify account is permitted per customer and this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other transfer or refer a friend offer.
  13. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.
  14. Investing with Wealthify is subject to a suitability assessment and no guarantee is made towards accepting you as a customer.
