The cracks in the European rescue plan are starting to show and markets are becoming pessimistic. At the recent eurozone summit it was agreed that the EFSF (the European bailout fund) would be enlarged to over a trillion Euros to help bailout struggling economies. But what is the bailout fund, how will it work and who will fund it? All big questions - yet the answers are often complicated and elusive.

But while it is a serious matter, the attached video explains the European bailout fund in a tongue-in-cheek fashion - yet still better than most experts.
