Boots Advantage Card customers who haven't used their card in the last 12 months have until the 20th June to use it, otherwise, they risk losing all of their Advantage card points. Previously, Advantage Card holders' points would be removed from an unused card after 2 years but from Monday 20th June this is being reduced to 1 year.
To avoid losing your points you need to use your Advantage Card or redeem your points in-store or online before 20th June. If you have used your Boots Advantage Card in the last 12 months, you needn't worry as your points will be unaffected.
Boots has sent an email to all customers, reminding those that haven't used the card in the last 12 months that their points are at risk and may expire if they do not take action.
