“We all hate tax” – this is slightly problematic since tax pays for the NHS, teachers, police and everything we need to live safely in society. It could encourage tax evasion and avoidance, which in the end is something the rich do far more than anyone on PAYE. I wonder if you could reframe tax as something positive, a ‘membership fee’ for example (which is what George Lakoff suggests).
