A number of restaurants and shops are advertising free meals for kids and discounted children's food this school holiday as parents continue to struggle with the rise in the cost of living.

Where can kids eat for free this summer?
Pizza Express
Dine in and purchase any adult pizza or main and get one free Piccolo meal (which includes 3 courses). Offer available until 11th August 2024.
Yo! Sushi
One child under 12 can have a free kids meal deal Bento box at Yo! Sushi with an adult spending at least £10. Up to 3 kids per booking can take advantage of this offer which is available all day Monday to Friday from 1st July - 30th August. For the full terms head to the Yo! Sushi website.
Bill's
Up to 2 children aged 10 can eat for free with one full-paying adult ordering a main dish at Bill's this summer holidays. The offer is valid from Monday to Friday between 22nd July - 30th August. More information can be found on Bill's website.
Beefeater & Brewers Fayre

Morrisons

Dobbies
1 free kids hot meal or "pick n mix" lunch box per adult main course or 1 free kids breakfast with an adult's traditional or full breakfast. A child's drink is also included. Dunelm - Pausa Cafe
You can get one free Kids Meal for every £4 spent at Pausa Cafe in Dunelm. The offer is available all day, every day. Visit Pausa Cafe to find out more.
Heathrow airport
Children can eat for free at Heathrow airport between 22nd July - 1st September. The offer applies when an adult chooses an item from the main menu. Participating restaurants vary depending on the terminal you are flying from but some of the restaurants taking part are Giraffe, Gordon Ramsay Plane Food and Big Smoke amongst others. The Real Greek
One child under 12 can eat free with any adult that spends at least £10 in one of The Real Greek's restaurants. The offer includes a meal from the kids' menu, a drink and ice cream or sorbet and is valid on Sundays only. More information on the offer can be found on The Real Greek website.

Angus Steakhouse
Children under 8 can eat for free every day this school holiday. Children have to be with an adult paying full price for a main meal. This deal also runs throughout the year on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Find out more about the Angus Steakhouse offer.
TGI Friday's
Stripes Rewards members can get a free kid's meal for children up to and including 12 years old, when ordering an adult's main meal. Travelodge/Premier Inn
2 kids aged 15 and under can eat a free breakfast at Travelodge with any full-paying adult. Find out more on the Travelodge website.
2 children under 16 can eat breakfast for free with any full-paying adult ordering a Premier Inn breakfast or meal deal. Further information can be found at Premier Inn.
Brewdog
Kids aged 13 and under can enjoy a free kids main meal when an adult purchases a main meal at Brewdog this summer (26th July - 8th September). In order to qualify for the offer the table must be booked using the KIDS EAT FREE code and there is a maximum booking limit of 8 people. Tesco
Kids eat free this half-term at Tesco when an adult buys any item from Tesco Café. The offer is available to Clubcard holders Monday to Friday from 22nd July to 30th August. If you need more than 1 free kids meal you simply need to make another purchase of an adult food or drink. Find out more on the Tesco website.
English Heritage cafés
From 1st July to 31st August, English Heritage members can take advantage of the kids eat free promotion in 30 participating cafés. To qualify an Adult member must spend at least £10 in the café to receive up to 2 free kid's lunch bags. The lunch bag contains a sandwich, snack, sweet treat, piece of fruit and a juice carton. Children up to 18 years old can qualify for the lunch bag, for the full terms and conditions and a list of participating venues head to the English Heritage website.
John Lewis
You can claim one kid's meal from the kids menu at John Lewis this summer. From 19th July to 8th September, when one adult spend over £10, one child can eat for free. More information can be found at John Lewis.
Subway
Subway has introduced its Kid’s Eat Free offer for the Summer holidays, which includes 4” Sub, a snack, and a drink. It is available from 29th July to 25th August with the purchase of any full price Footlong Sub or SubMelt, at participating restaurants. More information can be found at Subway.
Where can kids eat for £1 this Easter holidays?
Asda
Children under 16 can eat for £1 from the Asda café children's menu. There is a maximum of 1 meal per child per day and the offer is valid all year round.

Bella Italia
Children aged 11 and under can eat for free with a full paying adult all day Thursdays and for £1 with a full paying adult between 4pm - 6pm every Sunday - Wednesday. The offer is valid in England, Scotland and Wales but you need to check with your local restaurant for confirmation. This offer is only valid on meals eaten inside the restaurant and you must be seated before 6pm (Sunday to Wednesday) for the offer to be valid. IKEA
All children can eat for 95p or £1.50 at Ikea every day (except Fridays) from 11am. Children can order kids' Mac n Cheese or Penne pasta with tomato sauce, with a soft drink and a piece of fruit for 95p or Children's Meatballs/Plant balls with mashed potato and peas, a piece of fruit and a soft drink from the children's menu for £1.50. Hungry Horse

Sizzling Pubs
Children can get a kid's main meal for £1 with every purchase of an adult main meal from 3pm - 7pm, Monday to Friday at Sizzling Pubs. Sainsbury's
Get a children's hot main meal or lunch bag for £1 with the purchase of a hot adult main meal from £5.20. Available everyday from 11:30am until Café closure. More information can be found on the Sainsbury's Cafe menu.
Toby Carvery
This holidays why not head to Toby Carvery where you can get a children's main meal, carvery or breakfast for £1 with the purchase of an adult main meal, carvery or breakfast. The offer is available Monday-Friday from 1st July until 30th August but not Bank Holidays and is valid for up to 4 adults and 4 children. You will need to download the Toby Carvery app to get a voucher, head to the Toby Carvery website for more details.
Harvester
If you have the Harvester app, you can buy a main dish from the Smaller bites, Bigger Appetites or the Kids breakfast menu for £1 with the purchase of an adult main meal. The offer is valid for children under 12 years old and can be used for up to 4 children and 4 adults. If you really wanted to, you can use the voucher 3 times a day!!
