ASDA money credit cardWe take a look at the ASDA Money cashback credit card, provided by Jaja Finance. The credit card rewards customers with 1% cashback on ASDA spending and 0.3% cashback on spending elsewhere and in this article, we explain how the card works and how it compares to other supermarket credit cards.

How does the ASDA Money credit card work?

The ASDA Money credit card is available for UK residents aged 18 and over and pays 1% cashback on ASDA spending. Eligible ASDA spending includes ASDA supermarket purchases, ASDA online purchases, ASDA fuel and George clothing. ASDA Travel Money purchases are not eligible for cashback. Customers can also earn 0.3% cashback on all other non-ASDA spending.

With cashback and reward credit cards, we would always recommend paying off the balance in full each month to avoid paying any interest, as any interest you pay is likely to outweigh the cashback rewards.

How do I spend my ASDA Money credit card cashback?

Cashback is paid as 'ASDA Pounds' and can be redeemed by downloading the ASDA Rewards App and linking your ASDA Money credit card. ASDA Pounds can then be turned into vouchers which can be spent in-store.
